Clean, big and comfortable room. Very convenient as it located at Old Quarter area. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Breakfast is included and delicious. Overall great experience and highly recommended ?????

就在老城區內，晚上附近很熱鬧，有很多吃的，要去按摩也很方便。到夜市也很近，離環境湖很近，風景優美。早餐豐富多變，很棒。

Fantastic little hotel with very friendly English speaking staff. Room are clean and spacious located right in the old quarters so abundant of shopping and food. Very comfortable and easy especially traveling with 2 kids and a elderly person, would highly recommend this to any family or couples looking for accommodation in Hanoi. The tours aren’t that expensive and definitely worth doing, just ask for Kim you can’t go wrong with any of her recommendations for place to go and eat.
Only sight draw back which wasn’t a issue for us was during the weekend the beer street as it is known can get abit noisyand you can hear the background noise in the room but this generally stops by 11:30pm. Otherwise two thumbs up for us.

1. 酒店穿黃色奧黛的短發前臺女士和穿棕色毛衣到長發大堂經理服務態度極差，欺騙客人，不誠實，説是我們預訂的陽臺房只在二樓。我們預訂時明明寫著有三樓，并且提前説明需要高樓層房間。當我指出事實訊息時，才給我們高樓層房間。還説是照顧我們，真是看人下菜的變色龍。一點也沒有職業素養。這樣的工作人員可以考慮炒魷魚了。簡直是有損越南酒店服務業的形象。
2. 我們與80多歲長者一起出行，詢問是否有房提前入住，表現出一臉不耐煩的樣子。在我的提醒下，收斂了起來，擺出一副阿諛奉承的樣子。
3. 地理位置在老城區方便
4. 酒店房間衞生可以，但洗澡熱水忽冷忽熱。
5. 酒店所處一條街區都是夜排擋和酒吧，晚上開著大喇叭音樂吵鬧到天亮，

This is a nice quaint hotel in the heart of Hanoi Old quarter. As the name suggest, it's indeed nostalgic and different from those upmarket hotels. The rooms are clean and cozy with the basic amenities. The hotel staff is courteous, friendly and helped us promptly with our queries.
Nice place to stay for a couple of nights if you like some happening street festivities nearby.

This hotel is very good overall, depending on what you want.The Service is great. My room was large, unique and quite pretty. The location is extremely central within Old Quarter, so everything you need is nearby.
There were only a few very minor downsides. The hotel is a bit TOO central, so it's a bit chaotic and noisy in the evening. The WiFi works but is rather weak and slow. Finally, the room has a few moths. None of these issues were a big problem.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Above all, the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance of many famous restaurants and the weekend night market in the Old Quarter, as well as Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. Although it's very close to Ta Hien Beer Street, the external noise wasn't as much of a problem as I expected; in fact, I enjoyed being able to experience the lively weekend night atmosphere from the balcony. The room and bed were clean, no unpleasant odours, all the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast provided was satisfying.
If I had to point out the only downside of the hotel, it would be the noise from the hallway, not from outside. The noise from other guests in the hallway always woke me up earlier than my planned wake-up time. Nevertheless, if I visit Hanoi again, I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is in the old town and this is a good and a bad characteristic. A good if you want enjoy your self with every night party (club, music and noise), a bad if you want relax your self (in this hotel it is impossible to sleep. I asked to change our room and the receptionist told me it is normal to have noise and high volume music until 3-4 a.m. in a city center hotel). I don't recommend this hotel!
